Living a luxury life in The Lindley, New York City

We want you to show the first photos of the Lindley, a small luxury condo building in New York City, designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by CBSK Ironstate where you can live a luxury life.

They just installed the oversized windows in the façade, which is compromised of varying shapes and shades of brick. That gives it depth and texture. The oversized windows give an abundance of natural light in the luxury condos, which are available in studio to 3 bedrooms.

The Lindley is centrally located in Murray Hill, a mid town neighborhood with easy access to the hustle and bustle of NYC, is just 20 stories high and only features 74 luxury residences making it a small enough the concierge knows you by name and large enough to get enough sense of freedom.

A luxury apartment in New York City designed by Robert Couturier

High above mediocrity and on the 52nd floor high above New York’s cityscape, world famous interior designer Robert Couturier has unleashed his fabulous interior design talents on this spacious apartment in the 252 East 57th Street building, located on much desired Billionaire’s Row. This luxury apartment building has been designed by acclaimed Daniel Romualdez, A100 and Robert Couturier.

The 3000+ square foot, 3 bed rooms, 3,5 bath rooms apartment has been transformed into a well-balanced luxury home filled with light as you can see in some interior images below. The interior looks grand!


Robert himself explained a bit about what he was envisioning for this apartment during the design process:

  • Instead of creating a contemporary apartment,” Robert explained, “we wanted to balance the modern and light-filled rooms with traditional fabrics and furniture placements.
  • On the mix of furniture and decor, he “used contemporary furniture interspersed with antiques and strong art pieces.” He felt that “the tension between the modern and customary made for more dynamic and interesting spaces.”
  • Working within the space, Robert tells us: “The living room does not have an obvious furniture placement as a typical living room would, so it was interesting to come up with different solutions and ultimately settle on the one we felt was best for the space.”



The apartment also features a south-facing balcony with a lot of privacy, 11’ ceilings in the living and dining room, huge windows to give you dramatic views stretching from the East River to Central Park, and white oak floors everywhere in the apartment. There is even a window in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is generous in size and has two large closets and en-suite bathroom with radiant heat floors. Also it features a custom 6’ bathtub and a beautiful separate glass-enclosed shower.

This amazing luxury residence is currently listed for $7.995 million.
