IMPRESSION OF MISSONI BAIA, ONE OF MIAMI’S TALLEST NEW TOWERS

Luxury  high-rises are being built on many locations in Miami but occasionally there is a gem being built.

Missoni Baia got our attention because the legendary fashion and design house Missoni is involved and when do you see a sculptural luxury condominium tower where a famous fashion brand has a hand in it? We couldn’t find any. Now the time has come.

Construction of Missioni Baia is in progress in Edgewater, Miami, right on the edge of Biscayne Bay. It will be towering 57 stories high (649 ft in height). Can you imagine the awesome views? It will be amazing!!

Right now the foundation has been finished and with building a single story every week OKO Group and its partner Cain International gave word that Missoni Baia is well underway to be finished end of 2020.

This elegant building will have 249 luxury residences ranging from one- to five bedrooms and 776 to 3,788 sqft and are offering city and/or waterviews.

MillionDollarVillas.com wouldn’t be MillionDollarVillas.com if we didn’t have some great impressions for you.

The interiors will show the hand of Missoni featuring beautiful design palettes and the Missoni Home furniture collection.

Residence owners will have full access to amenities including a 398 car parking garage with 17 private parking stalls, four swimming pools including an Olympic sized lap pool and a kid’s pool, a tennis court and a super sized fitness and spa center. Enough possibilities to work on your health!!

Living a dream on Palm Beach Island

Some say it’s too hot and humid, we say it’s hot and fabulous living in Palm Beach!!

Enjoy magnificent sea views over turquoise waters, a luxury lifestyle with direct access elevators, private entry foyers, private balconies in an elegant setting close to word class restaurants, shopping and art galleries. And that is not all!

Roof deck living in Palm Beach with ocean view!!

It has been more than a decade that there has been a development on this location in Palm Beach and very recently 3550 South Ocean has reached it’s highest point since starting building last summer.

The developer DDG from New York and California teamed up with GarciaStromberg, GS4studios of Palm Beach, Kobi Karp Architecture of Miami, Champalimaud of New York and KAST Construction to design and build this striking, timeless and contemporary art piece.

Situation and building impression

The condos have modern interiors with open and expansive chef-caliber kitchens, solid oak floors, top-of-the-line appliances, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with sliding doors to private covered balconies so there is a light and airy living environment. And that is just what you need when living in Florida on the beach.

A bright living room with adjacent balcony

They were very picky when choosing the amenities at this location as they realized that a luxury lifestyle at the beach must be very exclusive for its residents. Private beach access is one of them of course and you will also find a beach front saltwater swimming pool and sun terrace, a fitness studio to keep you or get you in shape. Also there is a surfboard and peddle board storage so don’t forget to bring them along. And there is more!!

Enjoy your Florida lifestyle!!

The developer DDG partnered up with The Wright Fit in order to provide lifestyle services like on-demand in-residence massages, indoor and outdoor private training, yoga and fitness for residents. A partnership with Star Jets International provides residents with custom-tailored jet services, such as door-to-door car transfers, itinerary customization, jet selection, onboard catering and more. How good life can be!!

Wish you were here, sleeping in paradise!

New Luxury Residences in Tampa, Florida

People of Tampa, FL and neighboring city might already have heard about Water Street Tampa a new developing site of over 50 acres located in the heart of downtown.

In this area Strategic Property Partners from Tampa is showing us a glimpse of what is coming by unveiling the first details regarding the luxury residences that will be built starting 2018 at 815 Water Street just steps away from the Tampa Convention Center, Amalie Arena where the Tampa Bay Lightning play, Tampa Bay History Center, Florida Aquarium, and Tampa Riverwalk. There will be condos for sale and  rental units will also be available and these luxury residences will have sweeping views of the Tampa skyline and historic Hillsborough Bay.

Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) has designed the two residential towers connected at the base through a large commercial space and a car-park area. A big outside feature will be the exterior terraces for the residents to soak up a lot of vitamin D’s from the sun and allowing a lot of natural light into the residences.

The building’s interiors are designed by Cecconi Simone from Toronto and they are an award winning design firm and we are sure that will show throughout the building.

There will be an abundance of shopping possibilities and main anchor will be a full-service grocery story to service the Water Street residents, as will the adjacent neighborhoods

Trent Tesch, the design guru at KPF explained a bit of the philosophy behind the design of this project: “Creating a building that makes a person feel better by interacting with it was inspiring to explore. Wellness, and how the building is going to be built, is our focus – we integrate authentic materials and texture that are both super refined and rough, which will make this project look distinct and unique. The building also has an authentic connection to nature, making those who enter it feel better instantly.” That is well said we think.

To make sure the connection with nature will be strong they hired Raymond Jungles Inc, a landscape firm from Miami – known from their timeless design solutions that respond to surrounding natural systems while restoring nature’s balance and harmony – to design the green roofs and public spaces of the building.

Imagine you are an empty nest couple and you finally have the time and money to have your new home designed and built exactly the way you want it with the lifestyle you desire. Next thing to do is to start the process to accomplish the project.

These homeowners did exactly that. In order to live the luxury lifestyle they intended on living they needed a property that was designed and built based on ‘thinking outside the box’. They wanted something new and not of conventional design. Something based on their lifestyle of enjoying each other and to make time for the passions they each desire so much.

The amazing and beautiful result is a Balinese-inspired 5,000 square foot (464,5m2) home. Based on a multi-living concept it comes with 3 large bedrooms (one bedroom for hosting family and the other bedroom as maid’s quarters), large glass Nano folding doors to merge inside and outside living spaces seamlessly and Peruvian travertine flooring without.. It turned out in a fantastic luxury residence as you can see in the photographs.

The outside living area is almost just as big as the inside living area. Designed with al-fresco living rooms and a large gazebo for entertainment purposes. The property features high quality amenities that will give you the same level of comfort as if you were residing inside the living area.

The homeowners love for colors gave the property a somewhat “dark modern” touch that compliments the exclusive and custom designed pieces and furnishings.
