The “Oosten”

Designed by world famous Dutch architect Piet Boon in collaboration with the New York City based company Think! Architecture and Toronto based boutique designer Abraham Chan, the project presented their 5,098-square foot (473,61m2) luxury duplex penthouse residences.

Abraham Chan is responsible for designing the luxury condos. Each condo features 5 bedrooms with ensuited bathrooms, spacious kitchens with river, bridge and Manhattan views. Equipped with 2 terraces, one terrace faces outwards and the second terrace with a hot tub opens up to a courtyard. Piet Boons custom millwork, glass and steel doors are found throughout the residence.

Toronto-based boutique design studio, Abraham Chan, designed the beautiful residence that boasts five bedrooms with ensuited baths, river, bridge and Manhattan views. This luxury penthouse features two terraces, one which faces outward and the other opens onto a courtyard facing terrace with a hot tub. A spacious kitchen is located on the top-floor and custom millwork, glass and steel doors designed by Piet Boon can be found throughout the space.
