Becoming the 2nd Four Seasons in Boston, progress in the construction of the One Dalton Building is significant as you can see on the photographs we received. The residents of the One Dalton building have the privilege to have access to over 20,000 square feet of amazing amenities divided over the 7th, 24th and 50th floor. These will include an amazing pool area with a 65 ft lap pool, golf simulator room, private yoga and pilates studio, bike storage, a Private Residents Club, lounge area, fully appointed bar and catering kitchen and terrace.
