The Harrison Urby, luxury renting with an interesting touch.

So once in a while something exceptional comes along, something unique, something special. For luxury rentals that almost never happens. But it happens and the Harrison Urby is proof of that.

Designed inside and out by Concrete, the design rebels from Amsterdam, the complex mixes modern architecture and landscape design with a solid events calendar. They re-thought the rental apartments concept and Harrison Urby is design driven with collective spaces that are thoughtfully programmed to connect residents with one another.

The good news that they celebrated their grand opening recently and you can be part of it.

Collective spaces

So now, what is that all about collective spaces that are thoughtfully programmed to connect? Well, these collective spaces are designed to foster natural opportunities for residents to meet and interact. So you there is the two-story Coperaco Café in the lobby, featuring a 30-foot tree house library and a Steinway baby piano for performances. Also there is an onsite recording studio named Urby Blues servicing as a practice space for Urby’s jazz musician-in-residence, Davell Crawford. And that is in the lobby only.

And of course there are other amenities where you can do your thing and meet others if you are into the social thing: DIY workshops, cooking classes in the Urby Kitchen, which is a communal chef’s kitchen for hosting culinary classes, wine tastings, pop-up diners and workshops for residents. You will also find many other amenities like a Heated Saltwater Swimming Pool, Two-story Gym/Yoga Room, Outdoor Garden, Urby Lawn & Games, Outdoor BBQ & Fire Pits, Waterstation, Post & Parcel Room, Woofgarden and Wi-Fi.
