Inspired Luxury Living at 242 Broome, Lower Manhattan.

Inspired luxury living is what we like to show on MillionDollarVillas and this luxury residence at 242 Broome hits the jackpot so to speak. It has everything going for it as you can see hereunder.

This residence has an artistic feel as ASH NYC, the staging company, has been influenced by the Lower East Side art scene and has mixed 50’s style modern furniture with bold contemporary art from nearby Denny Gallery. The result is a warm interior with a contemporary feel for the young at heart.

Interior architect DXA studio used rich materials like white oak floors, grey-veined marble and warm-toned millwork for the interior and that really looks good in this 1,353 sq.ft. luxury residence, which is situated on the 12th floor of 242 Broome and has 2 bedrooms and 2,5 bath rooms and amazing views of Lower Manhattan.

In the kitchen, Calacatta marble countertops and custom-designed cabinetry have been used together with Gagganau appliances and the result is absolutely stunning.
For the master bath DXA studio used honed marble and a custom-built vanity with wall drawers with a single slab of polished marble gives it a fantastic look. And what to say about the polished chrome Dombracht fixtures they used throughout? Absolutely marvelous!!

This luxury condo can be acquired for just $2,955,000

Two Waterline Square Penthouse Inside Look

Million Dollar Villas wrote about the Two Waterline Square Project a couple of months ago and want to update you about this prestigious luxury project and show you some inside looks in a luxury penthouse that is available for just $17.25 million.

That luxury apartment is located in the largest of the three buildings at Two Waterline Square, situated along Riverside Boulevard from 59th to 61st Street and sits atop on the 38th floor with majestic views on the Hudson River, the Manhattan Skyline and New Jersey. In case you didn’t know it yet, it is the last remaining waterfront development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. We won’t say hurry up in case you are interested to buy it because you are smart enough to think that yourself.

This luxury gem can be found in the largest and tallest of the three buildings and is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox firm. You know them from the Petersen Automotive Museum in LA, the Echelon Seaport in Boston, the Brickell Arch in Miami, Hudson Yards in New York City and many, many more impressive projects around the globe.

This 4,134 square foot (384,1 square meters) luxury residence has interiors by the famed Yabu Pushelberg duo and features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a powder room, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and an outdoor terrace to die for. A more than generous living and dining area large enough to accommodate guests occupy the center of the floor. Furthermore a spacious master suite with his-and-hers dressing rooms and his-and-hers marble bathrooms has found a place here.

Living here will give you access to Two Waterline Square’s amenities but you also will have access to the Waterline Club. Here you find more than 100,000 square feet of luxury amenities in sports, leisure and lifestyle spaces. We mention a music room where you can play instruments, a soccer court, an indoor tennis court, a basketball court, two swimming pools, a game room, pet spaces and children’s rooms.

A covered porte-cochere at ground level gives the residence a convenient and perfect entrance to the building. You will certainly like this amenity when it is raining or snowing. Just off the lobby the first-ever upscale Cipriani’s food hall will be available for some great Italian food.

First Look Inside NoHo’s 40 Bleecker

MillionDollarVillas.com wants to give you a first look inside the 40 Bleecker lobby which is currently under-construction in New York City’s NoHo neighborhood.

The building’s interior designer happens to be Ryan Korban and he ain’t just an interior designer. No, the AD (Architectural Digest) named him as a top designer for the 2nd year in a row. He is best-known for his original over-the-top designs for Balenciaga’s flagship stores in New York, Dallas and Madrid and celebrities like Kanye West, James Franco and Alexander Wang. And you could have read about him in the VogueWHarper’s Bazaar, Architectural Digest, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.

It happens to be that the landscape architect of 40 Bleecker is Edmund Hollander and he also has made the AD 100 list which means there are two AD100 designers working on the building. It is pretty much for sure that it is the only building in NYC having that.

The 40 Bleecker project has 12 stories and will launch sales early next year and the photo reveals the way Ryan customizes and the way he uses materials and you might say the words abundance and richness describe it best. You see two marble couches designed by Ryan at the entryway in a symmetric arrangement, separated by a slab coffee table of rough-hewn French limestone also designed by Ryan. And just look at the amazing suede walls, the terrazzo book-matched floors and that incredible black marble and mirrored fireplace and you can really see the beauty and the genius of Ryan’s designs.

Must be awesome to own a luxury residence here.
